I have incorporated the breathing and muscle relaxing methods throughout my day because I tend to be “always thinking, planning and preparing” so it is good to force myself to relax as I start to feel stress during my days. The progressive relaxation is a very useful tool for me. I will miss the sessions!
It feels amazing to be completely relaxed. As a busy mom, having tensed shoulders or a worried brow seems a normal part of my bodily posture. It is only through the relaxation sessions that I realized how to relax, what relaxation feels like and how tense and stressed my body feels daily.
