About the Role
We’re looking for a proactive and heart-centered Personal Assistant to support a female business owner who leads a growing wellness and lifestyle brand.
This is not your typical assistant role, it’s for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys connecting with people, and has both creative flair and strong organizational skills. You’ll be supporting the founder with everything from managing emails and client messages, to writing blog posts and newsletters, and helping with brand growth through outreach and marketing.
You’ll be her right hand; a calm, reliable presence who helps her stay focused, organized, and connected.
Key Responsibilities
✨ Communication & Customer Service
Handle incoming calls, WhatsApp messages, and emails with warmth, empathy, and professionalism.
Respond to client questions and customer service inquiries in line with the brand’s tone and policies.
Actively engage with customers on WhatsApp groups and membership forums, and help moderate messages.
Maintain excellent relationships with clients and community members.
Ensuring customer compliance with health questionnaires and updates
✨ Marketing & Outreach
Support with marketing activities, including client follow-ups, outreach to potential corporate partners and business-to-customer clients, and assisting with collaboration opportunities.
Make calls and send professional communication to potential clients and partners.
Help coordinate small marketing campaigns and brand initiatives.
Retention activity and exit interviews for expiring members
Collaborate with Digital Marketer
✨ Administrative & Executive Support
Manage the founder’s calendar, appointments, and reminders.
Organize digital files, notes, and brand materials, including processing of weekly zoom recordings and transcriptions
Support event coordination (Zoom sessions, workshops, or brand collaborations, experience days).
Coordinate with 3rd party studios and venues for bookings
✨ Brand Support
Assist in maintaining the brand’s online presence across platforms.
Prepare and format presentation slides, digital resources, and client PDFs.
Ensure brand consistency and professionalism in all materials.
Ideal Candidate
Excellent English communication, written and spoken.
Confident and warm when speaking with clients or partners on calls.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Creative and comfortable with writing and content creation.
Tech-savvy: familiar with tools like Google Workspace, Canva, social media platforms, and email marketing software (Beehiiv, AI tools etc.).
Experience in customer service, personal assistance, or marketing is highly valued.

Hours & Compensation
Flexible working hours (with some availability during core business hours).
